Pack Your Kicks

Place the sneakers in their original branded box, ensuring no shipping labels are attached directly to the shoebox, and secure them inside a protective outer shipping carton.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
